The Dan Maples course at the Sea Trail Resort is considered one of the best courses in Myrtle Beach. Maples integrated the natural setting of twisted oak trees and towering Carolina pines into each hole. Calabash Creek borders five holes on the course. Keep your eyes open here for osprey, but don’t get distracted by the scenery because Sea Trail has some demanding bunkers that will challenge even the most skilled golfers.
The target-style Rees Jones Course is another natural beauty, with native grasses, wildflowers and perfect greens. Water hazards on eleven holes add extra challenge.
